NOTD -- Eva Supreme #185

Hey everyone! Happy Monday...? Mondays are always my day off, but I have a TON of errands to run today, which is kind of lame. Some of them will be fun, though. I'm going to make my monthly drugstore runs to see what new beauty goodies I can find! :)

Today's NOTD is one from the vault. This is Eva Supreme #185. Steph picked this one up for me a while back as a surprise. Apparently it's only available at Walgreens in Florida? We're not really sure.. and there's no information about the company online.

I think it's kind of lame that they don't name their colors! #185. It's so.. clinical. And lame. Oh well. #185 is a sheer blue violet with an awesome pink shimmer. It dries matte, but looks totally awesome when you apply top coat. I think this is 3 coats? I can't remember. It bugged me that there was still VNL, though.

Judging from the smell, this one is not Big 3 Free, but that doesn't make me love it any less. Word of warning, though: If you try to use B3Free base/top coats with Non-B3Free polishes.. epic failure will result. I used a Zoya base and top coat with #185 and it had completely peeled off of my nails within 6 hours. :(

  1. This looks pretty similar to Max Factor 'Fantasy Fire'! This is really gorgeous and it should totally be available here in Georgia too!

I hate when companies don't name their colros :-( But it is a lovely color! Enjoy your day off and errands :-)

  3. So you just solved one of my greatest mani-mysteries today! I used a colored polish that contains the big3 on my nails for vacay with a base and top coat that were big3 free and they didn't even last me through the first day, and now I know why. I was seriously so upset and since it was only a 3 day trip I didn't even bring any polish with me, and I was FREAKING out having to have bare nails the last 2 days!
