31 DAY CHALLENGE -- Day 3: Yellow Nails

Hey everyone! Today is Day 3 of the 31 Day Challenge.. YELLOW NAILS! I decided that I wanted to actually do some nail art, so I went with a quick Pikachu on my ring finger. Yea, I'm lazy and usually only do nail art as an accent nail. What can I say? I'm not a nail blogger by trade, haha. :)

Even though I did Pikachu first and gave  him PLENTY of time to dry, his little cheek still smeared when I applied top coat. But it's okay. I figured y'all would forgive me because he's still kinda cute. :)

Chris was all like "Awww, why did you get rid of Pikachu? He was AWEEEESOOOMMMEEE!" then I explained the challenge to him for probably the 14th time and he made me promise to recreate him once the challenge is over. Next time I'll probably do Pikachu and Pokeballs.. because I really wanted to do that this time.. but Pokeballs aren't yellow. Lame.

For Pikachu and the rest of my yellow nails, I used Color Club's Almost Famous. It's a fabulous (and surprisingly opaque!) canary yellow creme. I'm not a fan of yellow polishes, but this one plays nicely with my skin tone.. so I might be wearing it next summer. We'll see!

Don't forget to check out Amanda's Yellow Nails over at Mad Manis... Rumor has it she did rubber duckies! How cute! :)
