Well, I had so much fun doing my 'Scents of Spring' that I decided to do a 'Polishes of Spring' too! I'm only going to pick my my absolute top favorites... otherwise this will turn into the longest post ever. Seriously. I haven't met many nail polishes that I don't like!
This is the Tiffany Blue polish every other brand strives to live up to. Even the name leaves nothing to improve upon: 'For Audrey,' as in Audrey Hepburn, who starred in Breakfast at Tiffany's... need I say more? Normally I'm not a huge fan of pastels, but this polish is something special. It's universally flattering on all skin tones and it just screams 'Spring!' Plus, it looks amazing with a glitter top coat.
SINFUL COLORS -- CREAM PINK
I wouldn't call this one "hot pink" but it's not missing the mark by much. 'Cream Pink' is a fabulous bright pink creme with just enough orange micro glitter to add a subtle sheen. This is another universally flattering polish color and every time I wear it, people tell me it makes me look tan! Who can argue with that?!
RIMMEL -- TEQUILA SUNRISE
While I know most people shy away from wearing orange in any form, if you were ever going to give it a try I would suggest using this polish. 'Tequila Sunrise' has been a staple in my polish collection since high school which was... well, a long time ago. I'm not a huge fan of orange polishes, but there's something about Spring that makes me ready to wear them again. I'm also a big fan of Sinful Colors' 'Big Daddy' but I feel that Rimmel's formula is slightly better. You can get away with 1 coat for full opacity where as 'Big Daddy' takes 2-3.
PURE ICE -- SILVER MERCEDES
Normally I'm not a fan of metallic polishes, but Pure Ice has an amazing formula that minimizes the appearance of brush strokes. I love wearing 'Silver Mercedes' with a glitter polish that I will feature below.
PURE ICE -- DON'T YOU WISH
Aaaaaand this would be the aforementioned glitter polish. Unfortunately, this picture does NOT do it justice. The glitter in 'Don't You Wish' is actually orange, green and blue which makes it stand out on any polish. This one also looks amazing over 'For Audrey' as well.
SINFUL COLORS -- DREAM ON
Honestly, I can't stand this formula. It's streaky and goes on WAY darker than what it looks like in the bottle. Fortunately, 'Dream On' mostly returns to normal when you apply a top coat. Formula problems aside, it's a fantastic neon purple and I think it gives nails a bright pop of color for Spring.

And those are my favorite polishes for Spring! Coincidentally, Sinful Colors, China Glaze and Pure Ice are three of my favorite nail polish brands. What are your favorite polishes? Do you go with seasonal trends or do you pick whatever you feel like?
